Dip update 78/n
[Orig: Sept 9, 2017]
Hi folks,
Unfortunately, last night wasn't very productive in collecting data. The OGG site (Hawaii) did not open due to weather, and we only have a limited amount of data from TFN (Tenerife), so the error bar on this point is quite large (see below). From what I hear, our colleagues around the world also were plagued with bad weather.
From this limited look of the stars activity over the past 24 hours, the brightness is consistent with no change from the previous night.
Have a great day and wishing clear skies to all!
~Tabby and team
PS: These observations are happening because of the wonderful backers of our 2016 Kickstarter project. The Kickstarter campaign has ended, but we are still accepting donations to purchase additional observing time on the LCO 0.4m network. Thanks in advance for your support!
