Dip update 128/n

Hi everyone,

Here is the latest light curve with data from ELP showing a bit of a stagger down, but still consistent with "normal" flux within 1.5-sigma. Unfortunately there was bad weather at OGG and TFN last night, but its important to remind ourselves that we are 3x's as likely to get a daily flux measurement because the way the LCO global network is designed!
