2018 data update (22/n)

Hi everyone,

Here are plots including the newest data. Things are not quite settled, as there appears to be lots of low-amplitude, short-term jitter over the past week or so.

Its been a year since the first dip (Elsie) was detected from the ground --- happy dip-versary, WTF!!!
